Best educational experience ever. Skipper Jason provided the best environment and support for this beginner to learn and grow. I was nervous about handling an expensive boat, but Jason was always calm, quietly where we needed, helping us think about the next steps -- and we were successful at everything we tried. I wasn't drained or exhausted after the course. (And he got some great pictures of us!) Community sail events and other support is (again) just what I need and want, no sales push or social pressure ever. I feel very lucky to have found Outbound Sailing.
Jason and Outbound Sailing are top notch. Cannot ask for a better instructor and experience.
Jason Burns at Outbound Sailing provides sailing experience and patient instruction with hands-on practice focused on safe acquisiton of sailing proficiency. Instructional craft is substantial and of cruising class, not kids' dinghy. Better beginner instruction is not to be found.
